Program Overview

MyGlamm Reward program is one way in which MyGlamm endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers individuals or organizations promoting or
patronizing MYGLAMM products at MYGLAMM online and offline stores or distribution channels in India. The compensation for the loyalty is presented in
reward points which is termed as Glamm Points for all marketing purposes.

To enroll in the program, you need to register with MyGlamm through our website, app or point of sales terminal. You can register as a customer without
assistance or a promotional entity including an individual (called as an Influencer) or an organization (called as a retailer) with assistance from a MyGlamm
authorized personnel. Actions that you take provides you benefits including reward points according to your activities as listed on the website. The
registration process may require that you provide the following information using the online registration form: name, mobile number, email address,
password, gender, referral code (optional), birth date, validation from your social media account, etc.

MyGlamm Rewards Program benefits and reward level are determined based on the sale value of MyGlamm products purchased / sold through you directly
from MyGlamm website, app, retail stores or authorized distributors. Each qualified reward point will be counted as INR 1 which can be redeemed for
purchase of products. The conversion rate of the reward points is subject to change at Company’s / MYGLAMM discretion without any intimation to you.

An affiliate link is a link for any page on the MyGlamm website embedded with your referral code for the purpose of tracking the source of the referral.

A virtual online party is a curated collection of MyGlamm products by any member of MyGlamm through which he can extend a special discount (according to
the member’s membership level) to the buyers.

A party link is a link for your virtual online party that you have hosted on the MyGlamm web platform.

A direct referral for a member is a person who has registered on the MyGlamm platform through that member by registering through his affiliate party link or
by using the member’s referral code.

An indirect referral for a member is a person who has registered on the MyGlamm platform through that member’s direct referral by registering through his
direct referral’s affiliate party link or by using the member’s direct referral’s referral code. Any member more than 5 levels down from a member is excluded
from his indirect referrals

On Referee’s first purchase with minimum payable amount of Rs. 300 and on successful delivery of the order, you being a Referrer shall get a gift code with
the value of your friends purchase (maximum gift code value Rs. 1500).
Referrer is eligible to earn gift code worth maximum Rs. 3000 per year

This criteria is subject to change at the discretion of the company / MYGLAMM at any point in time

Once you reach a specific reward level within MyGlamm Rewards Program, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that level only. Your level for a
month is determined by the value of sales that you have made in that particular month. Your level is reset at the beginning of every month to one level below
your level for the previous month. Any adjustment in the amount of reward points according to the changes in the reward level at the end of the month will
reflect in the Glamm Point reserve will be made after the month is over. MyGlamm reserves a right to change the rules and /or mechanism and / or values
through which these reward Points be redeemed and /or used. MyGlamm shall not be responsible for any errors in the technologies used to calculate
customers reward points earned or used.

MyGlammXO Points (also referred to as "glammPOINTS") and reward levels are determined based on the sale value of MyGlamm products purchased / sold
through you directly from MyGlamm website, app, retail stores or authorized distributors. Each qualified MyGlammXO Point will be counted as INR 1 which
can be redeemed for purchase of products. First time users can redeem MyGlammXO Points on minimum payable amount of INR 800 after which MyGlammXO
Points up to 20% of the payable amount can be redeemed in a single order. The conversion rate of the reward points is subject to change at Company’s /
MYGLAMM discretion without any intimation to you.

MyGlammXO Points have a validity period of 1 year from the date of issue. For example, MyGlammXO Points issued in August 2020 will expire in August 2021.

MyGlammXO Points cannot be transferred or encashed.
If your account is terminated/closed you will not be entitled for any encashment of MyGlammXO Points.

Please note that reward points accumulated for each level will only be valid for twelve (12) months from the date you reach the particular level.

Birthday rewards/gifts (if any) is a part of MyGlamm's reward program, to be eligible for it you need to register your DOB with us at least two months prior to
your birthdate.
